One way to find books on astrology is to visit some occult or New Age shop. Advantage of these stores is that they will only carry books on real astrology. You will not find mere books of sun signs or horoscopes on the shelves.

The other advantage is that you will find there someone who can help you find the right books on astrology that are best for you. The attendants at the occult or New Age shop can easily show you books for the beginner, or books for the avid astrologer and books for those interested only in some particular astrological concept. Real books on astrology can be expensive and it is good to know that you are leaving the store with exactly what you came for.

If there is no occult or New Age shop near you, you can always find books on astrology on the internet. Any search for New Age books on astrology can show you many online book stores. You can always email the store owner or help desk for information, if you are not sure what to look for.

On Amazon.com you are going to find lists with hundreds of books on astrology or similar topics, but not all of them are helpful or realistic.
