Bees in a dream commonly point to community and the reward of steady, collective effort -- small consistent work adding up to something larger. A bee sting can reflect words or criticism that landed harder than expected, while a swarm might mirror the feeling of being pulled in many directions at once. Dreaming of bees often asks how you contribute to, and draw from, a group.
